The PALE Project is our own in-club friendly competition. Currently a bi-monthly format, whereas a particular style is chosen – judged and 1 winner crowned. Other than a hearty handshake, a pat on the back, the warm glow of victory, and the highest of accolades from his fellow homebrewers, the winner receives the amazing PALE Project traveling trophy for 2 months… until the next competition.
Bottle drop off and judging is held on the same day as our club meeting at 6pm; 1 hour before the meeting start. Entries are like other competitions although not as strict. Please bring the equivalent of 2 bottles with your name, style and any special ingredients, optionally you can include a full recipe etc.
Looking for bottle labels? You can use this generic one from BJCP: http://www.bjcp.org/docs/BJCP_BottleID.pdf
Chris Schabert is the event organizer please contact him for further questions.
